Beautifully decorated eggs have long been a symbol of Easter.
In the Middle Ages, eggs were not eaten by many during Holy Week although they were still collected! By Easter Sunday, the collected eggs were often decorated as symbol of the Resurrection of Christ. To honor that tradition the artist is offering brilliantly hand painted eggs. Each hand painted egg includes a hand gilded gold leaf stand.
